Austin Saved the Day
We can’t say enough good things about our technician, Austin. From day one, he’s been professional, thorough, and incredibly personable. He genuinely cares, not just about doing the job, but about us as customers and how our system is performing. Every visit, he takes the time to go over all services performed in detail, explains what he’s doing and why, and he’s always 100% upfront about pricing. You never feel like you’re being rushed or left in the dark. Our situation was a mess for months. After our well water filtration system was installed (not by Austin), we began dealing with severe iron staining in our toilets and orange water coming from our faucets. Multiple technicians came out over the course of several weeks, and no one could pinpoint the issue. We were literally about to cut our losses and bring in a different company. Then Austin showed up. He spent several hours dissecting our entire setup, tracing every connection and component and eventually found that a valve had not only been installed backwards but was also the wrong size. I didn’t believe it at first, because we had lost all confidence in the system by that point. But sure enough, that was the issue all along. It had been letting untreated, iron-rich water bypass the filtration system entirely. Thanks to Austin’s dedication and refusal to give up, our system is finally working… and we stayed with Aqua Systems because of him. He saved the day. Literally. If every company had a technician like Austin, service industries would have a whole new reputation.

I highly recommend Aqua Systems. From the initial evaluation visit until the completion of installation, they were friendly, courteous, and professional. My water system is great: my drinking glasses don’t have that filmy look, my towels are softer, my skin is less dry, my glass-enclosed shower has a tiny fraction of the water spotting it had before, and my water tastes great! To summarize, my Aqua System is great and exceeds my expectations!

Patrick did an outstanding job. Unfortunately, he ran into equipment issues with 2 different tanks leaking on install, but he persevered and got the job finished as quickly as was possible. The recent cold broke 2 of the reverse osmosis canisters, and they had a tech here within 2 hours. Very honest and dependable people. Not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for in service and dependability. Worth every penny!
